Housing maintenance

  • We take care of your accommodation before, during and after the stays.

  • After each reservation, your property will be fully cleaned and prepared for the next guest.

  • During your absence during the rental period, your accommodation will also be maintained and regularly checked.

  • At the end of the season, your accommodation is carefully checked and a detailed report is sent to you including, if necessary, suggestions for improvement and recommendations for necessary repairs.

  • Prior to the start of the season, we prepare your holiday accommodation in consultation with you.

  • We can also take care of the restoration: repairs and possible work in the accommodation and the ancillary parts, end of season inventory, cleaning of the linen, etc. The costs of these services will then be invoiced to you separately.

On-site customer management

  • Arrival: We personally take care of welcoming customers.

  • Customer service: We are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our employees or their legal representatives are present on site to meet the needs of customers.

  • Additional services (optional): Customers can take advantage of additional services that must be booked on site or at the time of booking, such as baby cot, stroller, extra bed, high chair, etc.

  • Local expertise: Our advisers know the region perfectly and can provide advice and useful suggestions to tenants.

  • Reservations: Customers book their stay through our site or rental platforms.

  • Departure: Our teams accompany clients until their departure.
