How to make reservations

  1. To make a reservation in our system, the client must specify the dates of their stay in one of our properties.
  2. LDM Concept will receive an email notifying the customer’s interest with the selected data to verify the availability of the property.
  3. Once the availability is confirmed, the customer will be notified by email.
  4. The client upon receiving the mail confirming availability, must immediately make the payment of the 50% required to complete the reservation.
  5. The remaining 50% will be paid once the client begins his stay at the property.

How to request returns

  • To request the cancellation of your reservation, the client must contact us in a period no less than 60 days.
  • If your cancellation is not notified within a period of less than 60 days, the reservation pay will not be returned.
  • If your cancellation is not notified within a period less than 30 days, the client must pay 100% of the totality of your stay.
